Original Story Shady XV, a two-CD compilation featuring an album of Shady Records' greatest hits and an album of new material from Eminem, Slaughterhouse, Bad Meets Evil, D-12 and Yelawolf, will be released Nov. 28. The album will also feature collaborations with guest artists.
The new Eminem single, Guts Over Fear featuring Sia, has been released. The single is featured in trailers for Sony Pictures’ The Equalizer, which hits theaters Sept. 26. “Guts Over Fear” is also the film's closing credits song which is produced by Emile Haynie, producer of Eminem’s Grammy-winning Recovery.
Eminem dropped hints about the album over the weekend, wearing a T-shirt with the words "Shady XV" at his homecoming show at Detroit's Comerica Park and using the #SHADYXV hashtag on Twitter over the weekend.
