Original Story Yesterday (October 24), it was reported that Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are reportedly planning to sue the person who released their proposal video, according to tmz.com.
Kardashian and West reportedly plan to sue the person responsible for the video's release because they say it was disseminated without their consent and because everyone present at their engagement party signed a confidentiality agreement. The site reports that a lawsuit is imminent.
Vanity Fair published the video on October 23, reporting that it came from YouTube co-founder Chad Hurley, who uploaded it on his new video app, MixBit.
Hurley reportedly released the video with a press release explaining that the clip includes “the orchestra and lights show in anticipation of the proposal, Kanye down on one knee, the reaction from family and friends, and the celebration and toasting to the newly engaged couple afterwards,” as per Vanity Fair.
