Original Story Frank Ocean may have celebrated a bit too hard before the ball dropped, and suffered the consequences.
According to TMZ, the Odd Future crooner was pulled over by the cops in Mono County, California on New Year's Eve for going roughly 90 MPH in a 65 MPH zone. As police approached the black BMW, they noticed the smell of marijuana coming from the car.
Upon searching Ocean, they found a small bag of pot on his person. He was cited for marijuana possession, driving on a suspended license and having tinted windows.
Ocean was released but his driving companion had to drive home after his license was promptly confiscated.
