According to InTouch Weekly, the couple, who have been married for over 13 years, are officially separated.
In addition to both Will and Jada having extremely successful careers within the entertainment industry, they also have two children together, Willow and Jaden Smith.
Reps for Will and Jada Pinkett-Smith have yet to comment on the report.
Will Smith also has another son named Trey from a previous marriage.
The news of the separation comes on the heels of a recent cover story about the Smiths and their 25,000 square foot home in Malibu.
